ย A resounding 254 victory for GeorgEtown Cricket Club(GCC) over Ogle ย on Monday in the MCYS/GCB One Guyana National U-21 Inter-Club Super50 Knockout Tournament at the Georgetown Cricket Club Ground.
With the toss in their advantage, GCC decided to bat first and amassed 314 runs by hitting the ball all over the ground. Rivaldo Adams topped the batting order with 89 runs, followed by Thaddeus Lovell with 42 and Trilok Nanan with 40.
Due to their poor batting order, Tyriq Walters, Mohendra Singh, Arun Gainda, and Josh Behari were only able to claim one wicket apiece. The GCC Bowlers took full advantage of their low score of 60 runs, with top scorer Ajay Gainda contributing 15 runs. The hazardous bowling attack was masterminded by Aryan Persaud, who cruised to victory with five wickets. Krisna Singh and Dhanesh Persaud each contributed two wickets
